Salam! To keep our collections sustainable, all sale items, discounted pieces, and purchases from in-person events or pop-ups are final sale.

For other items, returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days, as long as pieces are unworn, unwashed, and all tags are attached. To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@lavantathelabel.com so we can send you a return shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to availability. If your exchange isn’t available, store credit will be issued.
